We'll finish looking at the Nine Keys to Keeping Customers and exact things that you can do with regard to your Website, Email and general Internet Strategy to ensure that your customers stay happy and keep on spending their money with you!

Lesson 3: Get that WebSITE RIGHT!
You need an EFFECTIVE SALES WEBSITE. The number of Ineffective Sales websites out there are staggering - We're going to make sure that yours isn't one of those! Your website is your business on the Internet! No matter what brilliant Marketing strategies you use to get visitors to your site your website is ultimately the key to your success. Lesson 6: Getting well ranked on Google!
Now that we know what to do to get your site noticed and indexed by Google we'll be concentrating on the first of 2 distinctive areas that play a major factor in ensuring your website stands a good chance of getting ranked well with Google: Optimised Site Structure and Content.

Lesson 7: Google PageRank - What it is and How to Increase it:
PageRank is one of the least understood yet most important facets you need to understand to get really well ranked in Google.
